Drama: Cartoon Chaos

Whether it’s Spongebob or Captain Marvel, everyone’s got a favourite cartoon character! But only a special few get to BE a cartoon character – and here is your chance!

These characters are breaking free from the page and jumping onto the stage in an action-packed drama workshop created by YOU! It doesn’t matter whether you fancy cartoons from a TV show or a comic, or would rather create your very own character, it’s going to be cartoon chaos when the characters collide.

Imagine what it’d be like if the Avengers met the Flintstones, or what Superman would say if he bumped into Pokemon. Create your own storytelling adventure as you imagine what they’d say, where they’d travel to, and what would happen if they encountered trouble.

Come dressed as your favourite cartoon character or help us make props and costumes during the workshop.

Parents, this drama workshop invites young creatives to devise, create and perform their own scenes and stories in an imaginative adventure. Activities will include mime, improvisation, character creation, play building and scene sharing. Young minds will be inspired to think outside the box, stand on their own two feet and collaborate with peers. Our half-day drama workshops are designed to get students using their imaginations, thinking quickly and learning performance skills through creative play. It’s the perfect place for an enthusiastic, rising star, but it’s also a welcome atmosphere for newbies who are keen to build their self-confidence.
